Fyi - the issue about getting invites in your message box is fixed. There is now a configurable setting so that you can turn off getting a message sent to all admins whenever someone requests to join your group.
Also, it is an intentional aspect of group security that that Founder be the only one who can make new admins or demote them.

I have quickly adjusted my settings to prevent that annoyance. I hope that your team will be able to address some of the other issues and make more improvements which will benefit the community as a whole. On the admin powers issue: What happens to the administration of a group if the Founder stops logging in or gets banned or something? Admins should be allowed to promote others. Perhaps a timer could be set up. An admin requests the promotion of another user and the founder has to approve it. If there is no response after 7 days then that pending admin member gets automatically promoted. Just a thought.
