Level up your cryparch level. Farm glimmer to buy your ranks.
Also, I made an alt, and any engrams he finds I store, so my main can use them and have a better chance of getting rare loot.

Buying engrams give you 5-10 xp... Kinda pointless since you're spending 200-500 glimmer per engram.

It's not effective, but it works. Honestly that's more of a desperate measure than a real farming method. I'd just farm the cave or missions for engrams
