Healthy: I find Halo Top quite acceptable (many flavors) or the greek yogurt ones
Frozen Custard > probably the highest quality I've ever had (whatever the special is or chocoloate/vanilla)
Store: Ben & Jerry's Everything But The... > its killer
Dairy Queen: a blizzard with heath (dayummmm)
Special Mention: Black Raspberry Chocolate Chunk.. Bruesters
Now the homemade ones with Ninja Creami..
...but it all depends on quality, mood, atmosphere (meaning friends..restaurants not barometric pressure...)
