Friend of mine bought the WQ dlc (and completed the intro mission) last week after a couple years away and is unable to get the cutscene to trigger season 19 and when trying to jump into an activity it says they need to progress the shipstealer quest, how ever we cant seem to find a way to start the season 18 quest for them to be able to progress it. I completed it so tried taking them to the last city but it still didn't prompt them for anything
