There’s currently a bug in game that “activates” when Amanda’s inventory has more then 60 items in it. Since you have 85 items, and can verify using DIM or the companion app or anything like that that she actually has them available, you're kind of just stuck for now. Once you pass that 60 item limit, the items will continue to go into her Inventory, but visually you can’t see or claim them. There’s no fix for it at the moment but Bungie is at least aware and investigating it. It was in a TWAB a few weeks ago but there hasn't been any word since which is a little frustrating. I have over 100 items sitting in there myself.
