Yeah I'm just going to play the game because I enjoy the game.
Cores aren't as restrictive as you make them out to be.

Can you explain what's so difficult about getting them? They're readily available to purchase and can be grinded for Can you acquire hundreds of them daily? No But you can easily get more than enough

There are people every day saying they don’t like the system and why. I’ve done it, others have done, over and over and over again. They aren’t “readily available to purchase” because the cost doubles per core you buy. If you buy 1 a day at the end of a week you can infuse 2-3 times. You can be 7/17 on your way to masterworking on piece of gear. Why do you think I want to be dragged into an argument with a hypocrite who is disingenuous with their argument?

Never had a problem with cores as I have 10 or 20 to spare at all times. I AGREE with you thpugh that making a fact an opinion is not the best way to make an argument. I realized that cores are a problem for people cause to get them is RNG based. For me, my rng to get core bounties that coincide with my gameplay is high. Along with the fact that every 3 or 4 purples I dismantle yields a core. Some people do not have my RNG and this is why I have a problem understanding how daily players have trouble with cores. Some of my bitterness on defending cores comes from the fact that back on D1, this same community defended bungie tooth and nail in everything, including nerfs- and some commenters I have seen in LFG before in D1 saying I ain't allowed to raid cause I don't have 100,000,0000,00,0p,p,p,p,p,0,melakakfjd raid clears. (Note I bought the game and was only 2 months in for me) So now I am just bitter and sometimes I spread it. But in reality I remember that cores are rng based and it is not reliable. Their solution of removing scrapper bounties is stupid, and they shouldve just added the gunsmith along with scrapper along with keeping spiders cores at 10 a pop.

You do this for every piece of armor and weapons and you have to do it multiple times throughout a level grind. Or you can hoard up your cores not use your favorite stuff and play with what you dont want too juts to level up and save cores for when your at the end. Or you level up sporadically with big jumps and in the meantime your either using gear you dont want , or a crippled piece of your favorite gear since it’s not on level.

Lol so your advocating a system that hampers playing the game in a fun way, it hampers creativity, it’s hamper experimentation, your character looks like a bum the whole time, your forced using sometime horrible guns. Why would this be the case? How does this make the game better in any way?

Im advocating nothing, i said you can happily do it for the couple of weeks that it takes to level up. During this time you save a shit load of mats, its a matter of choice. You can whine like a little bitch on the forums about it and your respected time etc etc or you can play the game for fun and level up in the mean time. Its a gun game, not dress up barbie.

Wrong, you can yse your fav gun till you are ready to progress it. You can put any higher light items in the vault and it will still increment your light as if you were using it. You can buy this game tomorrow, play the story, get a drifter bounty and be 640. Very little in this game requires you to higher than that.

Whatever dude, you can play it how you choose, if you blow all your stuff in ten min then thats your choice. It wont just be cores you are short of, mats will also be an issue, shards and glimmer. Managing your stuff is part of the game. Good day
