A ship landed in the docking bay, simple, a small fighter, a beautiful blue with orange details. On its sides was painted "Milano". The nimble fighter was big enough to have two decks and still some room, but still be considered a gunship.
It remained silent for a bit, as engineers and workers started hooking it up and preparing it for an unknown amount of time.
Eventually a round door opened on the side, and a figure walked out, the door sealing shut behind the person. The figure was decked in a simple red leather jacket, pants, and an ear piece. Walking with a feminine gait, the woman was ginger haired and fair looking.
On her right hip lay a small canister, on the back was a three point harness with two things; one being a compact form of some kind of sword or weapon, and an odd looking device.
The woman walked forward, an aura of power around her, as an engineer walked by and it became apparent how tall she was. An odd sight, not many people topped around at what seemed to be 7ft.
Moving with a mixed walk of grace and would could be taken as caution or a "fleeting" look, she seemed ready to strike, on edge.
She headed towards a dockhand, asking for directions to something.

Edited by Murph Tha Smurf: 5/16/2017 4:01:13 PMThe dockhand, seemingly busy, didn't notice her approach. He was writing in a notebook while leaned over a desk.
-
"Hey, buddy!" She said, trying to get his attention as she tapped his shoulder.
-
He turned around, startled a bit, since he had to look up to meet her eyes. "Oh, uhh... yes? What do you need?"
-
"You guys got a bar on this tub?" In her mind, the reaction he gave always made her chuckle, it was the same one a lot of people gave her.
-
"Yeah, sure." He pointed to the door that led out of the hangar. "Head through there, then follow the signs to the Social. Plenty of restaurants up that way."
-
She nodded then, bidding him thanks as she turned and left. The giant woman sauntering down the hall towards the social area.
-
The hangar exited into a bustling town square, with many humans and nonhumans making their way about the station. Trams were coming in and out of the nearby station every few minutes, able to take you to any of the four sections, and back to the square. There were some travelers pamphlets lazily placed in a basket, on the front desk of the tram station. They would probably have maps, if the woman desired to look at one. Either way, she deduced a tram would be the quickest way to the Social.
-
Grabbing a map, she studied it for a moment, deducing where the Social area was. Taking a tram, she sat there, waiting for it to arrive.
-
It, like the square, was crowded, claustrophobic, even. You had to stand for a bit, but seats cleared after the first stop, at Residential. The map of the Social showed a long strip of restaurants, varying from burger joints, to high-class dinners, to bars. Past that were some parks, including plenty of public seating and grassy ground for camping and picnics. The tram slowed to a halt again, arriving at the Social, and people began to pour off again.
-
Waiting for people to get off, she eventually did as well. Following the map, she poked her way over to a bar. Finding one that suited her taste, she went inside.
-
mind specifying "her taste" for a moment? I've got a few ideas for different bars

More country style, older fashioned but still modern
She walked in, pushing open some saloon style doors. Despite the front, the bar was still relatively normal, college kids were sitting at large tables amongst friends, older adults mingled from place to place, playing pool and drinking slowly, but the actual bar's stools were relatively clear. One redheaded woman sat alone, taking a swig from a beer every few seconds. The bartender wasn't chatting with her, but instead mixing a drink, likely for another customer.
-
The giant woman herself was a ginger haired. Walking in, she went to the stools, sitting a few seats down from the redhead.
-
She was staring aloofly at the bar, running her finger along a rough piece of the wood, almost oblivious to your entry. The bartender noticed you, and spoke up. "Whaddya lookin' for today?"
-
"Whiskey, on ice." She slapped down a few units, knowing it was more than enough to pay. Glancing over at the redhead again, she wondered what could be bugging her, but passed it off for now.
-
"Comin' right up, miss." The other redhead looked up for a moment, at the bartender. "That sounds alright actually. Get me one as well." The man nodded and grabbed some glasses, pouring the whiskey carefully. He delivered them quite quickly, and went back to work.
-
Keeping to herself then, she set about sipping from her drink, ignoring the on goings of the bar as she sat and thought about her tasks and life.
-
"Been a long day?" The other woman finally said after some time.
-
She looked over for a second, then went back to bar drink, speaking then. "Yeah, sounds about right."
-
"Same here. Really long, actually."
-
"Damn, sounds rough. I've been traveling for days now, trying to get across the galaxy."
-
"Had about a day's journey to get here, haven't been around civilization in months, and found out that my... job, won't take me back."
-
"Damn. That sucks, not much I can really say otherwise about it."
-
She nods. "Yeah, guess not. What business do you have around here?"
