This is one of the best posts I've seen so far. I already knew that god (if existed) couldn't be almighty and that every "supreme god" is ultimately the same. But I still learned pretty interesting things (like that "the flood" could have been real). Anyways, I'm agnostic myself and if god existed I believe I he would like me. I'm agnostic because I thought about religion a lot, if I hadn't I would still be catholic. I don't think god would like the people that just believes irrationally in him because their parents told them to do so, I think that's stupid and goes against everything rationality stands for. Why would a god give us intelligence if he wouldn't want us to use it? If there's agnostics or atheists it's indirectly his fault. And why would he punish us for what he caused? Also, if he's fair. How could he prize or punish someone when everyone is just a product of what surrounds him. I haven't made myself who I am, the outer things to me have. And theorically god would have also indirectly made my personality how it is since everything that has influenced me to be how I am has also been created by him.[spoiler]Also the heaven and the hell, in the case they were real, would be the same "place". I had to say it :'D[/spoiler] I have concluded that all we know so far is that there could be a god (superior and smarter being, not necessarily magical) or there could be none. We can't ensure nothing, that's why the religion-atheism probably will never die. And in they case they did, it would be because everyone would have became agnostic (wich is still kind of a mixture of both).[spoiler]Think about it: Even we could "be gods". If we knew how to create life and isolated the decently intelligence beings we "created" they would see us as magical almighty creatures just because they wouldn't understand how we did them. They would also think that we had also created everything, even the universe and ourselves since that would be the only "half-logical" explanation they would have. We could now just be being tricked for a non-magical, more advanced and intelligent beings than us[/spoiler]
