The ones that would be worth it are the games past (and including) Morrowind. Even then, we should not be getting a remaster, but instead a new game that does new things (and hopefully is actually good, unlike many of their RPGs like Fallout 4 or skyrim. Must be worth the time put into it.).

I doubt many of our generation have played Arena and Daggerfall, so they would be like new games to them, content-wise.

I've played a lot of Daggerfall but not much arena and they both came out before my time
