What exactly did you search? When I search "Raid", and click to see all related forums, I don't see a single identical thread. That's on the iPhone 6 with the latest iOS. I have experienced this issue though when searching words or topics that aren't common enough to bring back many search results.

I type in "Raids" and tap "All Help" and when the results show, almost everything repeats
