We're all getting the patch at the same time, just different hours according to timezones. I understand your frustration, but what do you want them to do? Hold the patch back till a time that's agreeable to you? Bungie works in an american timezone, I don't think that they wanna be uploading a patch during the wee hours of the morning.

Edited by tntbabin: 9/8/2015 3:58:46 PMUsually, these things happen at about 10:00 AM PST or 12:00 PM CST (my timezone). However, according to some of the stuff I've read 2.0 is set to launch anytime between 10:00 am and 12:00 PM PST(12:00 PM - 2:00 PM CST). GMT is 7 hours ahead of PST, which puts a GMT release of the patch somewhere between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM GMT.
