There's a recruitment forum you can use to get members, or even go to destinylfg.com , that's where I get my groups from

Well nothing and I wanna do the full raid cuz I never did it ! Tried the search thing no matches

List your guardian on destinylfg.com rather than searching and specify you've never done the raid in the comment section, otherwise you could end up with impatient people getting thick because you don't know what's going on (happened to me once, haven't gone back to raids since)
