STILL NEED HELP BUNGIE!

So, I really appreciate you guys responding to my second post: http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/78168453/0/0/1 However, I think that it's pretty absurd, that in a big budget release (such as destiny) these glitches are still happening to people. Like I mentioned in both of my earlier posts, I spent a great deal of time farming and leveling so I could be able to have that gun. I have no idea how it's possible that the game just takes those items away. I've spent a ton of time on the forums since this happened to me and this seems to be an issue that has happened to several people. I understand that the team at Bungie must have a TON of stuff to do, I'm not trying to undermine that all. But what I really don't get is the fact that this game's player base (who all payed $60 to be a part of this experience) are having their problems not answered... The fact is, I love this game. But, to be honest, being randomly punished by the continuous glitches is making me wonder how much time is being put into retaining the player base. I really don't mean to be a bother to Bungie, that's the last thing I want. I love the content that you guys put out and I intend on being a Destiny player for the duration of the franchise. I really do understand that the team has other things to focus on. I just think a little more attention is due to those who are being punished for no reason by losing the items that they worked for extensive amounts of time to receive. I know you guys responded to my message, but "we are unable to guarantee replacing or restoring missing gear" really doesn't say much to me, I can't imagine that it's that difficult to just place the item in my mailbox so I can just use it. Heck, I would even spend strange coins on it that this point, I just know how hard it was for me to get it, and I want it back, please. Again, I apologize for any inconveniences that this may cause, I don't mean to upset anyone. This has just been an extremely frustrating experience. Please keep making this great game so the community can continue to enjoy it. All I ask is a bit of consideration for the glitches that are actually occurring. Best, A big fan and loyal customer.

    I think we can all understand that, if the problem exists because the record of you having that item is gone, Bungie has now way of telling who is telling the truth about losing an item and who is not. That is likely the reason they can't start handing out items lost to this bug. It is a serious bug, they have acknowledged that, and I'm sure it is right up at the top of their list. That doesn't mean it's easy to fix. I've lost gear in games before, it sucks. A lot. But it's just something we have to understand that doesn't mean they can just start had in items out to people who come and claim they lost things. That would be abused, quickly.
