I think everyone who has played Destiny knows the story was crap and needs to be addressed.
A lot of people who just want a game to tell them a story will find Destiny is not for them.
PvP is great fun and with new modes added will just get better.
Raids are also great and for people who like challenging co-op play.
Destiny is just going to keep getting better.

Honestly, what keeps people coming back to a game like Destiny is not the story. It's the loot. Would I have like a Halo-esque epic story mode? Of course. However, I recognize maintaining an always online, persistent world is an entirely different beast than creating an offline single player campaign. With no monthly fee, there's only so much resources. Skyrim had an incredible, immersive world and story, but how's ESO doing? Completely different beasts.

it can only get better if it gets any worse I think bungie will be done. -blam!- you activision you just wanted money and to save your precious COD so you tried ruin bungies next great trilogy
-
Well, since it can't get any worse than it already is, i guess you're right about that.
-
Lol it's not as bad as people make out. Little tweaks and Destiny will be great.
-
No, the adjustments that need to be made to render this game playable are actually pretty big. Resolving conflicts between their server requirements and ISPs, resolving conflicts between game code and server infrastructure, resolving in game code conflicts that create glitches. These are not small tweaks. Stop living in fantasy land and come back to reality.

What you on about?
-
There was nothing ambiguous in what I said.
-
I'm not clued up in technical side what are the issues they would fix?
-
Well, the server infrastructure they have created requires that certain ports be open. Ports that are not typically so because most applications do not need them. Because of that, many ISPs leave them closed. Bungie is currently trying to communicate with those ISPs (this is a worldwide process too) and get them to open the required ports. This process takes a long time because every ISP has to be contacted in order for these boot errors to be resolved.

Most of the game. That's what
-
Ok I will have to take your word on that. Like I said I don't know much about the technical side of the game but also never has anything in Destiny that jumped out at me that seems a problem.
-
Maybe for a twenty dollar fee for every map
-
There will be payed DLC for new content yes but we all knew this right? Updates that are constantly be added will fix issues with the game.
-
What constant updates? Only once have I had to download such an update. Every other time they say it updates I can't tell the difference.
-
The last few fixes broke the game further, and so more fixes are now needed to fix what they broke with their fixes. Do you notice a trend here? I certainly do.

Absolutely agree!
