There are many more things other than aim assist present in any aiming system. Aim assist is usually just the gradual deceleration near or on opponents, destiny has an extra auto-aim feature present which seems to be at fault pulling ur reticle off point The assault rifles got a minor nerf to the aim assist after they got patched if anybody noticed. They can weaken the effect, but it can and will turn many players away...

  • That's why im suggesting a option so if you want the aim assist/auto aim you can keep it. there will just be an option to turn it off if you dont like it. I would just like to know if they could create an option for this. so you can turn it on/off.

  • I understand what you're sayin :p An option would be welcomed, I've had many deaths by fault of the aiming system. But if so they would have to decide on many more things like if the aim assist turns off/weakens when strafing or if the deceleration should only come into effect at certain ranges. Its a large amount of balancing and options available which can go into such an option which all affect ease or difficulty of aiming.

  • yah i had similar experiences with the aim system too. I would love a free aim mode. the aim system messes with my aim alot when i try to play fast paced.
