My experience I had with Zebra was actually not even a Bungie problem, Charter high-speed recently upgraded to spectrum and boosted up to 60mbps down which we found out our original modem couldn't handle and so they replaced it. Have not had any problems since. Maybe a solution? But also maybe not?

well that's new, but I don't think my company wants to replace my modem just because of that :/

Well if it's an outdated modem than can't handle your speeds then they will but if the problem lies elsewhere idk what to tell you :/
