Sounds like something they'll hold off for the sequel, Destiny 2!!! But don't expect to get both of these modes implemented! What incentive will you have to buy Destiny 3?!! To continue a compelling story that you're emotionally invested in? .......HAH, don't be stupid!

Edited by Borengar629: 10/23/2014 6:36:58 AMThis confuses me to be honest. Both hearing a lot about Destiny 2 and hearing about their 10 year plan... Do you all think there will be a Destiny 2 more than 10 years from now? And do they think this 10 year stuff will work out? I mean how? How will they make the transition to the next system? Both PS4 and XBONE (even more) are already outdated since their launch in terms of technology. They keep arguing about what? 1080p and 60 frames? That's ridiculous. Today we are talking 4k and 100 frames. Neither of these "NEXT-GEN"-pieces of (insert swear word here) is able to do anything like 4k. They won't last longer than let's say 3 to 4 years. And even that will only be possible by putting developpers under pressure to slow down their progress on PCs. So back to the topic. Destiny 2? I don't think so. 10 year plan? My ass.

You understand that the eye cannot see the difference in frames above 70 fps right?

People who think "10 year plan" = "one game for 10 years" never stop amusing me.

Of course that means a plan for the IP or the franchise whatever you may call it. I was just saying that I don't see that. And the fact that obviously this generation of consoles will not be around that long will make things more difficult for them especially when the want to stick to consoles only and leave PCs out of it. And the fact that we as off now are technological one step further as the current consoles (which is a first timer btw. I remember the graphics card in the 360 was far better than anything available for PCs by the time it released) let's me doubt that consoles in general will catch up in the future. And all these things aside the 10 year plan most likely means that we have to wait a long time for them to fix everything that really is broken... and stop wasting time fixing the things that aren't

They'd sell it in the destiny 2 dlc of course!

I dont think they plan to make a sequel to Destiny

Why's that? Thought there was a 10 year goal thing that was already set between them and acti.. like an obligated 2 sequels along with add on expansions?
