I'm still experiencing the 'canary' error code daily. I have tried port forwarding, switching from 5 ghz to 2 ghz, moving my router closer, moving phones and other devices away from my router to minimise interference and nothing seems to help. I seem to be able to connect later on at night fine but as soon as I try to connect in the day I'm playing in 5 minute sessions with frequent disconnects. Please help Bungie

Same! I notice better game experiences during the night or early morning.

Same here, I just wish there was a real fix for this issue without fiddling with settings or having to use a wired connection. Bungie need to look into this
-
Most definitely. All the phone line ports near my one are broken so I can't even use a wired connection.
-
Damn bro, I just un-installed destiny from my Xbox One and re-installed it and my connection seems to be fine. Try that and see if it works
-
I did that on the day it came out 3 times and it fixed not being able to play it. I don't have the patience to wait for it to reinstall a fourth... Bungie just needs a patch.

I feel ya bro

i tried changing MTU value from 1500 to 1000 (since problems are losing package information i made package size smaller with that change, bigger sizes make package to fragment and maybe get lost) and it worked for me
-
Does this male your internet slower ?
-
Yes change it instead on your ps4 thru network settings and put the value back on router
-
I have an Xbox One
-
Xbox one have issues with mtu, i guess microsoft says it shouldnt be lower that 1465
-
Kinda regret getting one as they come with a shed load of issues. Shoulda got a ps4
-
Try with 1480, some xbone guy try with that and worked.
-
There are great games coming to xbone

I have tried all the above and had no luck fixing it. I also upgraded my broadband speed from 50mbps to 152mbps and no change. It is obvious that this is a fault at Bungie's end and not a fault with my router or Xbox. I just hope Bungie fix this soon because at the moment I basically can't play what I paid £85 for.

Some guy tried puting MTU value 1480 and worked for xbone, u could make a try!
