This is why the feedback forum exists. Maybe they just wanted all responses directed to the forums intentionally.

Or PR just wanted to displace all the feedback to where it would be hard for players to find and discuss directly the posts they have just made. Also considering the fact that this has not occurred before (to my knowledge) and should not occur considering how significant the post is, it is highly likely they are doing it to avoid the issues that they do not wish to address. They are able to gain feedback from any source of their site (I assume via the like system) so while that is possible it is highly unlikely since they only responded when the players began exploiting the game out of desperation. I can understand how you can arrive to that conclusion I just don't see it as a realistic one.

I'm basing my assumption on the possibility of trying to organize better for the people that actually review our feedback. It's not like the feedback forum is a dark corner in a hole of the Internet. It's extremely easy to find. Besides, who cares about PR? As far as I'm concerned, no reviewers and news articles know a thing about properly reporting a video game in depth.

That is fine but your point about the feedback forum can be said about the feedback for the dev notes, wouldn't it be more organised if they did allow comments? The feedback will still be given in the forums however the concentrated amount of it would be far more accessible through the post. As for PR I care because if Bungie is going to start reliving the crash of Mass Effect 3 I'd rather miss it. As for your opinion a near consensus among people about the quality and certain features of the game really does say a lot about it regardless of how you or I personally feel. So while you may doubt their ability to do their job just remember they only have that job and base because their opinions are determined to be accurate or reliable by the fanbase. Also statistical analysis helps as well.

Well the reason I don't go by PR articles is pretty subjective as well For example: GTA online, every single news article I read about the game and upcoming content has been solely based on the speculation of youtubers, ones who have been proven to be consistently wrong. I see that as authors not checking their sources. And yes, the Gta community goes into an uproar about all the speculated content. The news articles just further base their info on the people who believe the bs. Granted that's only one example I have on the top of my head, I'm sure there's many more. On the topic of the feedback, there's plenty of people who read the updates as forum posts and not as the news article on the home page, so the feedback gets split between the news post, regular forum post, and feedback section. I'm just assuming they would've wanted to narrow down how many places they have to go to see our feedback

I am referring to reviews from numerous sources and not press releases, so there isn't really a comparison to be made. Also if your sources are bad (such as news articles) obviously they would not be trustworthy. It is a given. As for Feedback I am sure that if they wanted to narrow down the places for feedback they would have done so earlier (around beta or alpha). It makes no sense to do it now without warning or reason. If they wanted to change the place to give feedback wouldn't it make sense to address the community and state clearly to give feedback here and give a link?. This action is far to sudden and considered to simply be the reason you state, especially given the importance of the information given.

Well, until they tell us why, we'll never know and can only guess. Either way, it won't matter much in the long run

You say that now but Bioware has deteriorated significantly since that incident. Bungie wont have the same level of damage but it will certainly undermine them if they make this a habit.
