We are aware there are some players that are not having a quality experience getting or staying connected to Destiny, even after following the troubleshooting steps. We will be updating the CATTLE/CATERPILLAR, CENTIPEDE, BEE/FLY/LION and BEAVER/FLATWORM/LEOPARD help articles with updates as we investigate.

The best way is to set up port triggering so multiple Xboxes can access the ports needed for XBL and Destiny. However, if you don't know how to do this, an easier, but less secure method, is to set your consoles to automatically get an IP/DNS address from your router and then then turn on UPnP in your router. However, I highly recommend you check on the web for how to properly set up multiple Xboxes using port triggering instead.

Never happen to me...before....since the last patch...happen all the time , so before there was a bunch of people from US university server getting the centipede error...now there's thousands of people getting hundreds of error codes... I think there was a point on doing the beta test...but realy thing some things must really improve...comunicacion between psn and bungie... Is not working properly... Beautiful game...love it..but network failure is a changing game for us all...

You act as if the console is the only device connected. For some people, there are entire families using the internet and taking up signal space. And plugging the console into the device isn't always an option. Don't lay it on us. Other internet based games don't have this problem that I have seen. Why must you?

Don't worry Scionyde, the "Master" is taking notice in his own way. They removed my reply post to the "Master" because it had the word Bulls#@*t in it. And the highest trending thread was about being kicked of the servers and that thread has been removed. People are coming up with different solutions which should assist them with the problem but they really should have a support service. Momentum is building and people getting kicked out is building. My friend who never got kicked out is now getting kick constantly and very sad and cannot play the game.

Sorry, but the problem is NOT our conection. I've tried everything: - set a Static IP to my PS4 - put that on my routers DMZ - forwarded all ports used by the PS4 and Destiny - wired conection - only my PS4 conected to the internet - tested the packet loss for 2 hours and got a 0% result. - 30mb down and 3mb up - and last, changed my router. Nothing worked. I still get bee, fly and lion. Bungie, do you have any other Idea what the problem might be, but YOUR server? One more point. I did all this because I know how to deal with network problems and this kind of stuff. What about the people that doens't know how to do it ? THEY BOUGHT A GAME AND THEY SHOULD JuST PLAY IT...

I keep being disconnected from crucible games, the game ran smooth before that last patch, I hadn't been disconnected once... but in the last few days it has happened numerous times. 120mbps download 10mbps upload fiber optic, I run regular speed tests, I have a cat 6 cable connected from console to router?

bungie you have done nothing to help us. This is really disappointing, I was very excited to buy the game and it was working perfectly fine the past two days, now all of sudden it stops working and you sit there and do nothing about it. I am gravely disappointed in you bungie , I hope you realize that. Im pretty sure i'm speaking for everyone who has not gotten help yet.

i wouldnt hold your breath this is what they do. listen to everyones problems and then not tell us anything about it.. im really tired of complaining about it and reading all the complaints but theyve sold us a pretty much unusable product and they are not owning upto it very well :(

Even an honest response like, 'we at bungie are experiencing issues on our end and we are doing everything we can to fix them' would be better than nothing. But it's like they aren't acknowledging their own issues at all. I know too many people with these problems at this point to be a network issue on our end, unless this game demands a greater connection then other games, so most of us are having problems because we don't have the absolute highest tier of internet service, but it can't be cause we all have had a lot of time to play, it's just at a random time that we get disconnected, but these random times are too frequent now. This game has been nearly unplayable the last 24 hours now.

Hey, the more we moan about this, the worse they look, which in turn will produce bad reviews on the game and the company, which will make them get their butts in gear to fix this mess. Gotta keep your head up and keep pressing.

haha oh i am ive been looking all day for bungie to at least make a statement on the issue and every single one i find they blame us which i believe its clearly not on our end. the least they could do is get a public representative talking to the playerbase. i feel like im being left in the dark probably the same with alot of others. im hoping some of the huge youtube/twitter peeps blow it way out of the water and give them lots of bad rep otherwise nothing will get done >> but your right they cant possibly ignore us forever ^-^

I have tried all the same solutions everyone else has tried. I feel like I am on animal planet. Centipede, bee, fly, kingfisher, anteater, lion, baboon, etc. It is really frustrating to get almost to the end of a mission and get kicked out (resulting in starting from the beginning again). This might be a pretty good game if you could actually play it.

I spent $65 to only sit and look and at black -blam!-ing loading screen . IF THIS IS NOT FIXED I WILL REURN MY GAME AND NEVER BUY A GAME BY YOUR COMPANY EVER AGAIN.
