We are aware there are some players that are not having a quality experience getting or staying connected to Destiny, even after following the troubleshooting steps. We will be updating the CATTLE/CATERPILLAR, CENTIPEDE, BEE/FLY/LION and BEAVER/FLATWORM/LEOPARD help articles with updates as we investigate.   • Just noticed that on the Centipede error page Bungie is saying they won't be able to apply a fix until [b]EARLY NEXT WEEK!!!!!!!![/b] What the hell Bungie? Another weekend is going to pass by without me being able to play the game that I bought a $400 console, for. Can I at least get an explanation as to why it's going to take so long?

  • Played Vault of Glass.... Seen Bee (removed from destiny servers) at least 6 times. So my team basically played about a fourth of it without me, while I freaking watched!!! Never been so frustrated about a game in my life! This happens often no matter what mission I am playing.... Please fix this! I have no problem playing other games, aside from the occasional game lock up or whatever. But seldom booted from connection issues. Stop blaming this on our connection. If you geared this game for the super fast connections, then that should have been made clear.

  • I pretty much have had no problems until this latest patch (1.0.2) (some disconnects, but not too many). Now, I attempt to log in, I first get the "bee" error message, but still get to select a character, after which, no more than 5 minutes into doing anything, I receive the "centipede" error. My console, and a wifi router are the only things on my network. My console is wired, in dmz, not even through any NAT routing. My connection is stable, and I am able to connect to anything connected to XBox Live, so it is NOT my internet connection, nor is it my configuration.

  • Is anything getting done about any of the error problems? Tbh I feel like Im just wasting time trying to play and checking this forum for answers all the time is very un-rewarding

  • I'm done trying trouble shooting bullshit suggestions from other players to try and fix this problem, this is something Bungie needs to fix, I haven't been able to play for 5 days now and have not heard much on what is going on to fix it, I have tried every possible fix I have read and nothing has worked.

  • Bungie please fix my shit seven days now i havent been able to use my main guardian here are my symptons i get unable to connect to destiny server when i try to use my lvl24 guardian (CENTIPEDE) but i can use my lvl 10 guardian just fine and have not single issue while playing even after the new update its still the same issue MY GAMERTAG supersmoker16 all lowercase letters game consel PS4

  • Bungie, I now have 2 patches that can't be completely downloaded due to WASP. I understand you're working towards fixing small gameplay problems towards the majority players but now wasp and other code victims still can't play. Can we please have some kind update? At this point I'll take something like "We have no idea for the cause of the WASP ERROR CODE" It would show the people that at least you've heard (read) our pleas and showing us that you're looking into it. I REFUSE to take tedious and lengthy measures just to play ONE GAME no matter how long I waited for it. I beileve that we people have been more than patient waiting for you despite some of the more whiney threads. All I'm asking for is that you prove your loyalty to the fans.   • Getting Cattle errors here in the Midwest all evening. I have not connected at all. Live is working fine and I tried a Titanfall game to check if my network is fine. It is I could play without issue. Frustrating.

    Not even joking. After being able to complete one strike mission. I haven't been able to spend more than ~2 minutes on Earth without getting dropped. Been sitting here for an hour... Also, at one point I spent a good 12-15 min at the "Verifying Content" screen before you select your character. If it is worth anything. I'm connected through Charter Business and my node is located in Juneau WI. I have a "straight pipe" connection. There is nothing between my modem and the internet and Charter didn't find anything out of the ordinary on my account. Conversely, if I play Crucible or a Strike playlist, I have yet to get dropped. It's only Tower/open world that I've been plagued with these errors.

  • Time Warner came and changed a bad splitter on my house because I was getting bad input signals from the street (it took a third Time Warner customer service person to tell me this). Haven't centipeded since.

  • We have recently had a greater than 50% reduction in Beaver and Bee errors since our recent fixes. Check the updates to each of the other errors via the links above or by searching at http://help.bungie.net

  • I know you guys are doing your hardest to fix everything, but even with your 55% drop I'm still getting kicked and disconnected every single time even though I've done everything required to get the best quality of connection... I know I can't be the only one getting error code "Beaver" every single time.

  • I preorder this game, received it on release day, and still have not been able to download it...let alone play it. Always disconnect halfway through with the caterpillar error. My NAT is open, xbox 360 is hardwired into the router, and have no trouble with other online games. I called microsoft, which was no help at all as they directed me to this site. I've spoken with my ISP and there is nothing wrong on my end. I can't even begin to describe my disappointment at the lack of customer support for this game. For something that is this broken you would think there would at least be someone to call to help fix things, but nope, all you get is a link to a forum that provides zero answers.
