I have seen many of these threads, but it seems that most of the posts are just people ranting and complaining. I will say that I am quite guilty of that as well, and my patience is growing thin, but I think we should try to provide Bungie with more specific information so they can get our issues fixed as soon as possible. Please post your specific issues in here, and try to keep it short-ish, to the point, and present it in a professional manner so they don't have to comb through garbage to find what they could possibly need.
I'll start by saying:
I'm on the Xbox 360. I am on my home network. I get mostly just BEE and CENTIPEDE after entering any game zone. I can sit in orbit and stare at my ship for hours, but even entering a mission, strike, crucible match, or the tower nets me a BEE error within 2-10 minutes. I'VE HAD THESE ISSUES SINCE DAY 1. I've tried all the workarounds mentioned on this site (NAT Type, opening ports, QoS, disabling flood protection, DMZ server, static IP for router and console, hard resetting everything multiple times, deleting system cache, deleting and reinstalling the game, using a VPN, going wireless and wired, and multiple combinations of all of these)
Any help/reply would be appreciated. We must keep hammering them until we are heard.

This is my second post:( xboxone,pretty sure its not my conection. Tested it only my download speed is low. No prob on any other game. Been getting kicked left and right ever sense the first day. Realy bade in the crucable, havent been able to finish one match:( cant progress in the game.

1 ReplyI am on ps4 on a hard wired connection and up until this morning have played error free. I have no problems in the tower, on strikes, or patrols but any time I try to join a control match in the crucible I get dropped (usually at the very start of the match).

i have a fix for some people, its only temporary as its not ideal? i have been constantly trying destiny however i gave up and had a game of bf4 played one game then went back to try again and boom i was on-line? ill research more tomorrow as its late here but u should try it, maybe it doesn't need to be bf4 im on ps4.

My issue is when I'm doing strikes. I can run around the tower, do story missions and/or patrols and have ZERO issues. When doing strikes though, most times I can make it all the way through but about 25% of the time I get DC'ed.

4 RepliesEdited by Maraloc: 9/18/2014 6:04:29 PMSo, today I tried unplugging the cord from the router and plugging it from the Modem into the PS4, what I found out surprised me: First of all, by connecting my PS4 directly from the modem my PS4 changed from NAT2 to NAT1, I thought this would make the disconnections go away boy was I wrong. Instead of getting the usual errors (centipede, boar, bee. etc) I got a new one, canary. This error came coupled with a "lan cable disconnected" popup. I kept trying and still, instead of getting the usual errors, the only one I got was canary. This lead me to think that somehow my ISP is disconnecting me from the internet for a very short amount of time (prolly microseconds) and Destiny immediately disconnects me when it happens. On other games this microsecond disconnections are unnoticeable, but on Destiny they are brutal. This is seriously the biggest fiasco I have ever experienced on any "mmo" release I've been to, even bigger than when WoW came out 10 years ago, at least I could play that game after waiting up to an hour on the queue, on Destiny I dont have to wait, but I get dropped randomly all the time. I don't experience any lag or disconnections on any of the other games I play. Can't believe its 2014 and this game marks, to me, the biggest failure of an mmo release ever, even worse than WoW's. What's sad is that WoW, 10 years ago, was way bigger than Destiny today.

4 RepliesCentipede, caterpillar, hawk, canary, groundhog, marionberry. I have done every troubleshoot option I've read on the forums. I play for 30min tops and I get either sent to orbit, or I get sent to main menu since launch this has happened. Anyone have any idea of what else I can do?

2 RepliesXbox One University Wifi (although that's fixed now thnx) I don't get errors or anything, I just sign in and I am completely on my own. I can't connect to the crucible, all it does is search for players. The same thing with strikes, I stare at a loading screen until the game quits looking for other players and I do it by myself. I never see people in the worlds on patrol or on story missions. The only time I have ever seen a player was once in the tower, although that's only happened once or twice. If anyone can help me find out what to do so I can actually play with other people like you are supposed to do in destiny, I would really appreciate the insight. This problem has made the game incredibly boring and frustrating.

I play on ps4 and have had connection issues since day one as well, I'm on a home network. Though my internet is a bit slow I know that is not the problem. Today has been the worst so far, cannot connect into crucible matchmaking and always get issues at the tower and strikes. Looks like I won't be playing this game today, makes me want to frisbee throw this game outside.

Same for me, get dumped out of crucible every 5 minutes or so. Error code BEE. Xbox one, ports forwarded, NAT open etc. No problems with any other game. UK BT home hub 4/5. C'mon Bungie stop ignoring us and sort this out!

5 RepliesI keep getting Nightingale, the only thing I've seen is people saying to delete and reinstall, but I have a disc no the digital version. earlier my husband was able to get onto his and play while I couldn't but now we are both getting nightingale errors. when I start destiny up and hit x to sign in two things pop up. the first one says Use of user-generated media is not allowed for your account. and the second says Use of this applications chat and messaging features is not allowed for your account.

1 ReplyI have the exact same problem On XBX 1 Lots of different error codes For some reason when the error codes pop up i get kicked to the title screen, get kicked off Xbox live and my entire home internet crashes and doesn't work again until i rest it :/ Bungie..... pls

1 Reply-Xbox One -Hooked up via ethernet cord. -Open NAT I have had the "bee" error in the Crucible (every match) and sometimes the Tower. I am able to play in the Crucible for like 10 minutes then it boots me, I get so close to a finished game but it has not happened yet and it is very infuriating. I really hope the error code "bee" gets addressed.

3 RepliesI still cant get in the game. Does not make it far past the start screen. I don't get any error codes, it just locks up. Sometimes it will freeze my X1 and then I have to reboot it. It has been like this since day 1. I have tried every fix suggested in the forums that I have found and nothing works.

I have "marionberry" error since day 1. I try like 30 mins trying to log into game, sometimes it works and i'm in. But for the last 2 days i can't get in. İ've tried everything just like OP. Nothing works. I've read the official answer under this topic and it made me laugh so hard at this : "Still seeing issues? Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider). It is possible your connection with Destiny servers is limited" Every other game and device works with my internet connection, laptop, smart tv, smart phone, applications etc. My ISP is to blame for marionberry eh ? Btw after 45 mins of trying i got in the game right now :P

I have suffered Centipede at least once a night since launch, sat down to have a game tonight and it's happening every five minutes , it's shocking , I'm on 50mb virgin fibre optic and I'm hard wired in so it's not my end , this new update has made it worse . How can a mmo have such poor connections after a week!!!! The incompetence is so disappointing.

I played the BETA with no connection issues. Yet I cannot play any 6v6 crucible matches without getting the bee error. I've gone through all the troubleshooting guides I can find here and around the internet and nothing has fixed my issue. I can play any other part of the game without problem other than the occassional disconnect from the Tower (bee error also). I can play 3v3 crucible without disconnects but not 6v6. Havent had any issues with strike missions either. My Xbox One has a open NAT, static ip, and all required ports are open. When i run the detailed network statistics it shows 0% packet loss.

Something for people with access to their router: Make sure your uPnP (universal plug and play) is enabled. I set up a DMZ, and opened my NAT. Was still having trouble until I enabled UPnP and my centipede and caterpillar errors are mostly gone.

I have a 360 disc version. I've been getting disconnected since day 1 as well. I have seen tons of different errors but I see caterpillar and hawk the most it would seem. I even connected the router to my console directly at one point but the issue remains the same. The only temporary fix I seem to have seen is that whenever I get caterpillar I just restart the console. This allows me to play longer but I'm always returned to square one.

Opened relevant ports and connection shows as open and when running detailed network statistics in network settings it says 0% packet loss. I have Bee error pretty much exclusively (had beaver once) and only when playing crucible. I get the occasional boot from the tower as well but they are few and far between, Maybe I get in and out before I get disconnected. I've not completed a single match in crucible yet. I played strike playlist all night last night with no disconnects so I think it's only crucible or possibly the number of players given the occasional tower boot. I've tried disabling wifi to stop anything else connecting and still getting the problem. A bit more info on contacting the ISP would be useful, it's BT which is the number one provider in the UK so if I phone them and say my game doesn't work they are just going to point me back to you. Titanfall says ping 42ms to Northern Europe datacenter and I have no problems with that game including no lag. I have up to 8Mpbs broadband but see anything between 2 and 4 at peak times but I've tried playing off peak (speed test said I got 8Mbps) and still had the problems. Any help or other tweaks would be good to know. I've tried everything configurable on router including placing in DMZ but that didn't make any difference either so I put it back. After all the back of the box doesn't say "System requirements: no security" and I'm sure you guys wouldn't do the same with your servers.

Im on Xb360 and I get the Caterpillar error, my network is through the college. The Network type/brand is (I believe) Cisco with a 802.1x, EAP-TLS secured Network, strict NAT type I played all other xb360 games over xbl fine, but Destiny is the only one that disconnects me. I can play for a good 20 mins but then disconnect I am waiting on the IT people on my college to contact me to see if its on my end, but until then I hope bungie can fix this soon

I m on xboxone, home network. Get only BEE error in crucible 6v6. I ve this issue since day 1. i've tried all, NAT open with port forwardind, with dmz, with upnp, static ip.wired directly on modem with other games on console with nat open and i have no problems, i play with counter strike on pc with no problem. i am italian and i have friends with the same isp and the same modem/router and they have no problems. so i dont get what the problem is
