People are actually rating this game as an 8 or 9?
Blind fanboyism everywhere. It is a 6 or 7 at most.

with tools like you in the forums this is actually showing more people actually like it. and that the overwhelming whining is moot.
-
Arguing with any of you is idiotic. Just because the majority have a flawed world view doesn't mean said flawed world view isn't flawed. In about a year or two, you all will come to your senses and acknowledge that this game was broken in quite a few ways. It happened with Halo 2, it happened with Halo 3, and it happened with Reach. It's an infinite loop where the fanboys immediately discredit the valid complaints and criticisms regarding whatever game was just released. Once the hype died down, you all will come to your senses. That is what happened in the past decade, and that is what will happen in the decade to come.
-
Even if you're right, your going to post your negativity and not expect back lash. As hard as people like myself are defending it, people like you are naysaying. It's not halo, it's not call of duty, it's not borderlands. What's the point of comparing apples to oranges?
-
Because a video game is a video game. Just because it's a new one doesn't mean stuff that happened with other games won't happen to it as well. Every game has blind fanboyism when it first comes out. People reject even the most valid criticism and flood the person who brought it up with hateful and idiotic responses made in defense of the game.
-
"Blind fanboyism everywhere. It is a 6 or 7 at most." valid critism? your criticism is vague, unjustified, and "idiotic", apparently you like to throw that word around. i will play the game for as long as it interests me, and i will happily rain on the parade of people who come on to the forums just to throw their misguided hate and invalid remarks. sorry that halo failed you. but destiny is not halo.
-
There we go with that word again; "hate." You imply that criticizing something is the equivalent of hatred for something; which is false and quite ignorant to believe. Also, when did I say Halo failed me? Once again, you're implying criticism = hatred. I liked Halo, and I like Destiny. It's because of that that I will point out every flaw I can find in the game, so that they can be fixed and the game can become better. It's not negativity; it's realism. You're too hyped to see the crucial errors in this game.
-
first time i used "hate". my remark was general, you fall into the invalid remarks, not the misguided hate. i think we're just arguing because work is boring. honestly you have a right to your own opinion. But you're already rating a new genre on its first week of release. its too soon too forecast this game demise. give it some time before you stamp it unapproved.
-
How could it be fanboyism? It's the first destiny title.
-
And? It's also a title people on here have been waiting for for months. Many people who were new to the Halo series were classified as fanboys when they began white-knighting Bungie and Reach. Don't get me wrong, I like this game. But I also realize it has some issues.
-
And blind hateism is also apparent
-
So anybody who criticizes the game's obvious flaws is immediately a hater? I like the game; I just realize it has some pretty serious flaws. This is like the second coming of the Reachtards. I would know, as I was one of the oblivious fanboys who defended a flawed game as if it was the second coming of Christ.
-
Because your opinion is worth more than mine in what way exactly?

You are about as unbiased as a guy on food stamps is to either electing Obama or a republican
