Nope, that's why i dont play WOW. 15 dollars a month is way to much for a game.

I pay $10/mo for unlimited calling and texting and data, $5/mo for XBL, and $4/mo for Netflix split with a friend. $15 on top of that is almost double, especially when I'm already paying a subscription just to play online anyway, is an absolute deal breaker. I will buy Destiny because the CEO of Activision has explicitly stated that there will be no subscription. But if there was, game over, I drop my Bnet account and would buy the game under no circumstances. Especially when it's not true MMO so much as it's like Dark Souls or Dead Island or Journey.

Magazine subscriptions are stupid to me. I can find that info on the internet if need be. Second, cell phones are a necessity in the world today, sadly. Direct TV gives me more access to things other than just a game like WOW does. And Netflix is worth it. Like 8 dollars a month i think for almost unlimited movies? That is why in my opinion those things are different than paying for WOW.

Edited by Morto: 6/8/2013 10:50:06 PMKey phrase: for a game. All of those other subscriptions, except for magazines (>buying print media in 2013), are far better than a game subscription.
