Hunter's arguably got the biggest buff essentially just buffs the only real nerf was the super regen perk being removed. Really Titan's got it pretty bad nerf in their supers and honestly consecration feels more like a meme than it is helpful. This leaves roaring and sol roaring got a nerf but can still be helpful while sol got a nerf which turned out to be a huge buff in disguise but likely will be changed in the future if I had to guess. Then we have Warlock's my goodness the only thing that might be considered a buff is Well because 50% damage resistance in return for no overshield but aside from that basically everything else got a nerf in some way

With exotics and it's been a huge issue with D2 Titan's where essentially everything ends up being useless till you equip an exotic and it suddenly becomes op

That's destiny build-crafting in a nutshell lol

Ya except it'd be nice not to have to equip an exotic just to have something actually work. Look at Thundercrash for example base damage is basically a linear fusion shot but then the exotic is like a full damage parasite with a damage buff. At least Nova Bomb does a lot of damage without an exotic and Blade Barrage does near the same damage as Falling star with just an aspect but even the base is almost triple the power of base Thunder. Also the solar supers I tried them both without an exotic not even worth using against major enemies since without an exotic they are weaker than a special weapon
