This. HC, Sidearm, Trace, and Glaive should all be 2 cost. Fusion, Shotgun, Sniper, Sword and MG should all be 3. GL, Linear, and Rocket 4.

My adjustment was more along the lines of weapon strength. Low damage special weapons: Trace Rifles, Glaives, Eriana’s, and Forerunner. High damage special weapons and lower damage or niche heavies: Fusions, Shotguns, Snipers, Swords and Machineguns. High damage Heavies + Weapons with special and heavy options: Rockets, Linears, and GLs. More along damage and usability as opposed to ammo capacity. 3 being the normal and outliers being changed on both sides to accommodate usage rates in PvE.
