If you have got a Technicolor modem/router (which is what TIM normally gives out), you can easily be out of luck; what model is it exactly?

Edited by Teppolo: 6/22/2022 10:56:10 AMI don't know the exact model, there are a lot of serial numbers on it, but it si definetly a Technicolor. Is quite old, ten years old at least. So is there anything I can do?

If you can't find a way to enter in the FW (via Telnet normally) and unblock port 3074, nothing other than change it for a different brand.

I entered my modem to open this door but it doesn't solve the problem, I can try with telnet. Thank you

It has to be done from inside the Firmware changing a rule that reserves port 3074 for internal use, as it won't work from the normal interface.
