Repeated wifi errors, now suspended from Gambit

PC player here. My wifi has been abysmal for the last few hours, resulting in repeated black screens and error codes whenever I queue for Gambit specifically. It usually gets to the opening cutscene then fades to black while combat starts in the background, disabling all my controls and forcing me to restart the game/my computer. I think I did this too many times, because when I next logged in, the game told me I was suspended from the playlist. How long is the waiting time for a first suspension, and if possible, who do I talk to so I can get it removed? Thanks in advance.
