Hello there,
There seems to be an issue with the last update impacting many online games. Sony is aware and investigating the cause.
From Playstation:

PlayStation Network is not down man I get so tired of Bungie blaming them when I can log on to any other online game.
-
Sure it’s not! Even though Sony themselves say playstation is having issues. Sheesh. https://status.playstation.com/en-US/
-
I have not seen any hot fix today 3/23/22 either
-
Hopefully this issue gets fixed soon because are they scheduled to go down again around noon Eastern time for more scheduled maintenance
-
While I do hope the issue is fixed soon, I am not seeing any maintenance notices for today (March 23)
-
I do hope there is a fix soon.

Apex works fine on my PS5 .... haven't tried anything other then that . What other multiplayer games are said to be effected?
-
I've heard that Battlefield is affected too. But I can't confirm myself about games I don't play.
-
Yes my battlefield 2024 has same problem
-
I have seen reports of elden ring for one. It is all over twitter right now. Many reporters and creators are having the issue and reporting on it.
-
Thats great but its not a ps plus thing. It simply states unable to connect to network. It doesnt mention ps plus?
-
Edited by TuxyDoh: 3/23/2022 12:52:29 PMIt is related as ps plus is the psn network for online gaming. This is occurring with multiple online games.
-
What make you believe it's a ps plus problem?
-
Did you even read the tweet that was linked? If you did (which I know you didn’t), then you wouldn’t have asked this question
-
You can also check the PSN network status that shows there are issues.
Affected services: You might have difficulty launching games, apps, or network features. We're working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
I know that my man thanks for stating the obvious. The link you sent has the person saying it was acting as if they didn't have a subscription. Thats not happening to me. Hopefully there is a quick resolution.
