I never had an issue with Bungie rewards until this season. Every time I go to redeem a reward it says "Please update your email preferences." I put my preferences to where Bungie emails me about everything and It still tells me to update it. I verified my email, linked my account to the store and I still get the "Please update your email preferences." message.
Does anyone have a fix for this?

this is a different issue but i claimed the prime gaming rewards and didnt get them. i called amazon, they said the claim and everything went thru on their end. yet it saying in my claim rewards history it did not go thru this is the second time this has happen. i tried in december to and got nothing from my claim and this month. may i please get some help. thank you

There’s another thread where they responded that they’re looking into it because no one can redeem digital rewards atm. Doesn’t matter what voodoo sorcery you do it seems you can’t get the coolio new emblem.

I have tried everything. I found the option with the exact wording that the recommendations say to fix this, and it was all correct. Yet for some reason, the site is telling me to update my email notification preferences that are already updated and correct. :/ Not sure what to do.
