You may want to try changing your email address on bungie.net to a different email, then go through the verification process again. And of course make sure the first option is checked to allow Bungie to email you about news and updates.

  • I get emails from the bungie store, from anything else.. but I think it has to do with the info.bungie.net email addresses that are being either not delivered or blocked by many (MANY) email services out there. updating preferences' checkboxes don't do much because it's not like it then tries to resend any emails to you... so you'll have to wait until the next email campaign to go out for you to know whether the change worked or not. I for one know that I am not getting emails from bungie@info.bungie.net since late 2019... but other emails like from Foundation, Store, and others, come through just fine.

  • Hello, I had changed my email a few different times in the past. Unfortunately no addresses had received any communications from Bungie.net, at this point I'm not sure what I can do on my end to resolve this.

  • At this point, it is happening to too many of us for it to just be we didn't check off the box. But yea most of us have gone through these steps and just are not receiving it. Can you guys look into it? Bungie moderators seem to be specifically avoiding all of the posts and threads on this topic. Sorry if this comes off as rude, I don't mean it that way.

    The moderators in terms of Mentors and Ninjas are just volunteer players that have no more access to Bungie systems than you do. All we can do is bring posts to their attention if they don't seem aware of it to begin with. I've not personally seen or heard anything from Bungie on this matter so I personally have nothing to pass on to you other than some personal suggestions as I posted above. So you've recently updated your email address on bungie.net and received a verification email?

  • Yea, I didn't get the email to my verified address. So, I changed it to the email that my account uses to sign in to see if that fixes it. I was always getting the emails on a different email than what I signed into and they stopped coming sometime last year. I have done all the steps to try and get it to work again but it just doesn't.
