Hi, This is the first time this has happened to me but it couldn't have happened at a worse occasion. During the the final stretch of this weeks Nightfall.
As you go up the elevator in a fireteam of 3 I suddenly got hit by a PLUM error and booted out to the load screen.
My connection has been stable for 63+ days (Same IP Address) I have plenty of bandwidth and my gaming machine has higher than enough spec to run D2.
Like I said this is the 1st occasion seeing PLUM and is relating to AntiCheat? I don't cheat, never have and never will.
So, can somebody please explain the settings which bungie are using to detect for PLUM codes (Doubtful I will get answer on this) SO INSTEAD Bungo should adjust their internal settings to tame the PLUM detection rate as its broken if its detecting me as a cheater!

this has happened to me and was also constantly getting battleye query timeout, I could not find a fix online so I started messing with things, I am not sure if this fix will work for you but what I did was delete Norton antivirus because it kept blocking battleye and destiny connection even though I set it to allow through the firewall, ever since I deleted it i have been playing flawlessly, just check your firewall permissions, I know that this fix is pretty specific based on what AV you use. I hope this helps. if you have any questions PM me. try just windows defender for now see if it works

Why would anyone from Bungie help you? You use the derogatory terms for Bungie. This is the up to date information Bungie has available.
Error Code: PLUM BattlEye has detected a problem with your computer that may be in violation of Bungie’s Terms of Service. Common issues and questions regarding Battleye detection can be found at the Battleye FAQ, which can be reached at the support button below.
BattlEye Support Here
