Hi, after a long tedious search, I finally got a hold of the Sundance ghost with little light emblem code for a premium. It was advertised as new and had an unused code for the little light emblem from a reputable collectors store I bought it from. I had chased this item down, as I really wanted the little light emblem. To my dismay, when I opened the box and entered the code, it says that it’s already been used. I was about to complain to the store about this, but during my google search, I came across some threads of people having this issue back then already, so I hesitated to complain to the store. I found some older articles, of other customers referring to the same issue I’m having, to contact www.thecoopshop.com, in which they would generate a working code for them, as it seems that something must've gone wrong when they were printing codes. I tried contacting them, but it seems that they are no longer in business. Is this something you can help me with? If not, could you direct me to the right person to contact? 6 RepliesUnfortunately, Bungie does not issue or replace codes. If the item was sold to you with a defective code, at this time your only real recourse would be to work with the store and hope they have another one with a valid code.
