Banned because of network errors

I have been banned from competitive because of the network errors cabbage, quail, and some others which I don't recall. Please can I be unbanned and have the ban struck from my record? I have never, ever left a comp game of my own volition. I have forwarded every port, read nearly every forum, and tried every fix for these errors, and to this day Destiny 2 is still the only game that gives me network errors, seemingly arbitrarily. Why should I be punished for something that is completely and utterly not my fault? Is there anything that can be done here besides the 'fixes' that are on the forums, as I mentioned before, I've tried all of them.

 • The usual mistake is made by playing over wifi, Wifi signals are easily disrupted and never truly stable. So If gaming over Wifi first step is to hardwire and there isnt any excuse around not being able to go wired unless you are playing on a laptop in the middle of nowhere which is highly unlikely. Destiny requires a very stable connection, up and down speeds mean very little as the game runs fine on as low as a 5MB connection. Latency and packet loss are the main killers which is why wifi or mobile hotspot are not very good.
