New Blue Emblem Never Recieved - Changed Password on the Bungie Store before the expiration date to recieve it

I need help getting an email to recieve this emblem, I never got an email or anything about the emblem, just the email that my password was reset. Can I have someone from bungie help respond to this? Would be much appreciated!
