As the post states, I've been having this issue all of july and so far all of august, even though bungie has said that "it's looking into the problem" since late june.
I've tried getting in contact with support etc, but no responses so far, even not on twitter's bungiehelp.
To be able to buy the stuff I want from the store, I need to actually be able to claim the items from the webpage.

1 ReplyHave you checked the spam folder that sometimes things get sent to the wrong section of the inbox, hence the spam folder not the primary or the updates folders, so check spam first to see if it appears.
