Same problem.
Hell I hammered the password reset request and contacted the support.
Both of those never got me an email with a response, ever.
I suspect it's an issue on Bungie's side as I just resetted my Bethesda.net password and the email came through immediately. Same thing with any newsletter I'm subscribed to or any update from any site I'm on (Amazon, any digital purchase,etc...).
So yup, it's a 100% Bungie-centric problem.

Edited by Italian Dragon: 7/29/2021 12:55:59 PMI wonder if with the change they made and the formerly split bungie store (there's one US one and a EU one), some of us ended up with the one from the wrong zone and so we end up in a situation where those two locations just don't talk to each other at all (a case of "left hand doesn't know what the right hand does"). Still I find it extremely weird that even the support emails don't come through either. Why would a EU user registered on the US store (or the opposite) impede proper email reception ? Just doesn't make a lick of sense....

Interesting. I've contacted support (reply to the generic email, it's slow but you should eventually get a response) because I haven't received a reset email other than the initial one. They've sent a few reset emails manually, but for some reason they've been for the EU store rather than the US store.

Yeah it's odd. I managed to get the email through by using a proxy and log in on the US Bungie Store and request the password reset email through there. Doing that made everything work perfectly. Gonna shoot them an email now to ask them to flip my account from the US to the EU store so these shenanigans stop for good.
