Restrictions

It has been one month from my last ban and I was able to play from the New Year’s Eve. The first ban was caused by my poor internet connection but it had stabilised since then. Today I’ve gotten banned again for unknown reasons. I am sure that it was not my internet’s problem now and I’m an honest player that doesn’t cheat. Is there any chance to contact Bungie to get any information on that case? I hope it’s some kind of misunderstanding or a human-factored mistake from moderation. Thank you in advance

  • You can try to appeal, but most restrictions are properly given. How do you know it wasn’t your internet causing issues again? What did you do to improve your connection after the first restriction?
