Hello. CABBAGE occurs when there is a security feature within the router that is preventing you from playing Destiny 2. To resolve this, you need to inspect your router manual to use the solutions stated in the article. If that does not help, what is the brand of your router/modem? CABBAGE and LETTUCE errors usually occur with Thompson and Technicolor routers. There are users that may have found a solution to this error code in the thread here, and in the thread here based on those routers. This website here, as well as this website here offer a few suggestions to help remove this error code as well.

 • I’ve been having CABBAGE problems since the PS5/Series X update came out. I made an article about it and got no replies from anybody. Before the upgrade/update I could play Destiny just fine. The CABBAGE article had suggestions that didn’t apply to my router which is a Netgear Nighthawk AC4000 Smart WiFi Router (R8000P-100NAS). (Please keep in mind when I experience any kind of connectivity problems my go to troubleshooting solutions include: closing and restarting the game: testing network connection: restarting my console: restarting my modem and router.) I then went to the Advanced Troubleshooting UPnP, Port Forwarding, and NAT Types article which was of no help because my router was already at these settings. Please help.

 • We are on a Netgear router and our landlord controls the router system and everything do you think the fact that we are on a split WiFi network is causing it?

 • It’s possible. Have you considered using UPnP?
