Start by running a full internet diagnostic. You need to look into NAT, data loss rates and jitter as well. Reset your router and then clear your system's cache to refresh your internet connection (more so if you have done a dig download). Do a search on Bungie.net or the Destiny app for those error codes to bring up a help guide.

There is a few different items available there but most are basic troubleshooting steps.

  • And you would be surprised at how many players don't do. Just like you just posting up/down speeds and ping. You missed a number of basics you should look into or provide details on. NAT. Data loss rates. Jitter. Are you using wifi.
