It'd be too much of a giveaway to see exactly what your enemy was seeing. It could reveal the positions of their teammates, etc.

But the current system allows you to follow the enemy that killed you in real time?

In comp or trials this might be a bad thing, but Valor playlists should have it. Why not allow it in noncompetitive modes?
-
If they adjusted matchmaking so that stacks play stacks and solos play solos more often, sure. You know this would give stacked fireteams even more of a leg up over solo players. Especially in Iron Banner.

Edited by Outphase98: 8/31/2020 4:11:33 AMThat is a valid concern, but what would be the incentive beyond winning more banner games? In modes that aren’t Glory-based or Trials, I feel like getting an FT together just for the purpose of cheesing non-competitive matches would require moderate effort for an ultimately low reward.

Edited by Swiftlock: 8/31/2020 7:52:08 AMOh, my sweet summer child. Many players here will tell you that noncompetitive modes often get just as, if not more sweaty and stacked than comp.

Edited by Outphase98: 8/31/2020 8:17:24 PMI can attest that I play non-comp decently too. Of course I play to the objective and play to win, but getting an FT just to try to get a leg up in noncomp using comms seems like a lot of work for what is, again, essentially no extra reward. If you're going into any playlist with a team, why waste your time in noncomp? The amount of time you'll have to work with a FT is usually limited due to people having different schedules. Unless you're warming up for comp by doing noncomp, it seems like a waste to do all that grinding in modes that don't really have rewards beyond a few pinnacle engrams. Why waste fireteam time on those modes when you could be knocking out a raid or a non-matchmade strike or a competitive playlist?

Seriously? can you not already figure out where your opponent is and what are they doing? Why many games with tournaments are hold have it already? I find your argument irrelevant and not satisfactory.

Edited by Swiftlock: 8/31/2020 1:18:23 AM
can you not already figure out where your opponent is and what are they doing?
I don't have x-ray vision. I can't see when an enemy across the map stays hidden behind cover. But their teammate can give their position away with killcams.

How about kill cams at the end of every game like overwatches play of the game
