Trials wouldn't need significant matchmakimg changes if its loot was so appealing to players the population rose significantly.

Imagine if even if you went in and had 30 losses, you could come out with 10 or 15 Trials drops? Maybe not adept drops, but just enough loot to offset the frustration and say "I'll come back and practice."
I think that's a huge part of the issue. Right now there's zero reason to come back, zero reason to practice, and zero reason and really try and almsot no positives to offset the frustrations within the playlist.

I would like a repeatable bounty for teams to farm like win rounds or get kills. But simply playing matches is not enough because you know there will be people killing themselves at the beginning of each round for easy loot.

I'd like after match Trials rewards where the chances of a drop increase with wins on a card, but are never zero. That right there would give people reason to at least try.
