Well they were supposed to nerf hunter progress to make it fair for all classes but knowing bungie they probably "accidently" made it where they get bonus progress.....its a dirty company just like when they were throttling XP secretly. Dirty ass company

When were they throttling XP?

Like a year or two so we could buy more crap from eververse. At least they try to hide the crap. Now they dont even care and shove everything in eververse lmao.

I think that was back during season 2. I remember reading about it, but I don't remember exactly when.

Jesus, people are holding onto something done, what, 2 years ago? 🤦🤦🤦

Seeing as how it was a pretty big lie, and other animosities held with changes they've made to other parts of the game and are planning on making, it all adds up. I was originally just making a post on what I thought is a bug, I don't know why the other person had to add in the something not on topic. I already made a post asking if there's a place to see real time updates to the contribution totals of the classes. Mainly because I think Bungie's manually manipulating the numbers to make it seem fair, otherwise we only have their word that the standings are accurate. Hence why they probably brought up the xp throttling.

I mean, I hear all these frustrations, but a couple of things: we don’t know any of that for sure, and destiny is the property of bungie. They can kinda do whatever they want with it lol the only thing we can do is not play lol

Edited by Red Raider: 4/23/2020 8:55:20 AMXp throttling was something that did happen. Bungie even admitted it after first denying it and then the community exposing it. Usually when they say something is going to happen it means they already have work done towards it and they plan on finishing it. You are right though, it is there game. If they don't want to listen to their player base and lose them because they didn't listen that is their decision. The people they lose most likely won't buy another game developed by them and they'll lose sales, so again their decision.

Dude..let it go. That was almost 3 years ago. Not only that, but the people who exposed it also said that it only affected the top percentage of players.. which I highly doubt you were in, seeing as how you spend all your time in forums crying for over 2 years about something that didn't even matter. Anybody who actually played the game had more than enough bright dust to purchase everything without spending a dime. I know this because I used to play 3 accounts with 3 characters each for my family clan and was able to get every single EV item with dust until they changed recycling items for currency. You noob.
