Hi. Thanks for your report. This is an error code that we're [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/255429769?sort=0&page=0]currently investigating[/url] but don't currently have a resolution to yet. Unfortunately, the only current resolution is to play your account on another platform with Cross Save.

  • Same issue is happening to me. Play an activity and return to orbit to only be newt or watercress error coded when I try to go into another activity. It's getting very old. Been like this for about 5 days now.

  • Why are you linking to a Trials thread repeatedly? I'm assuming it's copy/paste, but this isn't a Trials issue.

  • To show you that's what they really care about. Trials loot is much more important than people being completely locked out of the game. How dare you expect to be able to use the product you bought when there are streamers and cheaters getting screwed out of good loot? The copy-pasted response has a typo in it, too. "Buy" instead of "but." I think that was a Freudian slip, as they're telling us to re-buy all of the content on another platform as the "fix."

  • I can understand typos. I make those all the time. I just think that repeatedly linking a thread about an unrelated issue is tone deaf. This is the most serious issue that could possibly affect a customer, outside of it corrupting your actual system. Paying for something you literally cannot use because of an issue on the vendor's side is egregious, and I can't find anyone being very empathetic about it, either here or on social media.

    This is not acceptable, the error seems to spreading as well, as of this past Thursday April 2nd, I started getting the error myself, by Saturday April 4th I can’t play anymore. It does suck that this happens when Coronavirus is going around but this need to be fix and have a solution for people who are missing out on the season.
