The only way for a refund is through the provider selling the game. Bungie in no way is responsible for the refunds. As well, Bungie holds the rights to change the game in any way they see fit. If you do not like it, do not purchase the next season or expansion.

I know all of the above, but what you are saying, if you bought a car, 3 months later they come in and take you wheels. So you need to buy new once couse you like the car. That's okay?
-
It's more like you bought a ticket to the carnival. Carnival's only in town for a month, but your ticket is valid for the whole time. You can play all the games, get all the souvenirs you want, but when the carnival leaves, that's it. All you get to keep are your souvenirs. The seasonal activities are the carnival and games within, the weapons and armor you collect are your souvenirs.

Edited by SpaceTrivian: 3/1/2020 6:38:38 AMYes that is a Nice way of looking at it. But even the stuf you get wil be yours to controle, couse you payed/played for it. I hope you are a player from D1 couse you and me Both know that even back then the items you farmed for were not time gated. The carnaval leaves, i get that, but the carnaval doesn't tell you how long you are "allowed" to play with it?!?

Those aren’t comparable. One is a game that’s constantly being developed. The other is a car, that should have insurance on it, so if your wheels are stolen, insurance will get them replaced. And, yes, you’ll still have to pay, it’s called a premium. Do this comparison is completely invalid.
-
The comparison is buying a product. And not "someone" stealing your wheels. But the company who made the car, comes with a statement couse they make new ones the old ones need to be dealt with. So reading between the lines is important ;) but once again, if you dont agree pass along. This had no use for either of us, i wasnt asking if you agree with me.

Hmmm... sorry, you’re just hard to understand, since your English writing is broken. I’m just telling you how it is. You don’t like it, don’t buy future content.
-
Sorry my english isnt my first ;) and you did understand, so no Trouble there. You can act like you know all, and once again im not here to agree or dissagree with a random person. With all do respect, leave it be of you dont understand my broken english
-
I’m understanding you well enough to know you are upset that the game creators are changing things that you don’t agree with and want a refund. I could care less if we agree with each other or not. The fact of the matter is, they hold the rights to change the game as they see fit, if you don’t like it, don’t buy future content. And, since the only way to buy their games is through a second party, Bungie is in no way responsible for any refunds, only the second party (I.E. Steam, PlayStation Store or Xbox store). Bungie will tell you the exact same thing. I’m just saving them the hassle.

I know how it works and maby i should thank you for the answer. BUT i know that the refund will not happen couse i have to Many hours in the game. So let me edit that post. Refund part is becouse me being upset ;) doesn't change the the problem at hand. To be honest how much playing hours uncluding D1 you got? This is something i have fun with, alot of fun, most of that fun is becouse of the stuff i find. And that becomes absolete. I wanna come back to the stuff i got, and use IT to get new ones. Not getting new ones becouse the game desides to "change"

I’d post this in #feedback not #help

Tbh i never do something like this, and that's something i didn't know really. My bad! Ill change that, im not a forum or post user really. I find IT all okay for the most part. But IT seems to be a trend they follow, and that's weer my problem gets bigger and bigger.

Then I’d post this in a different thread...
