CONSTANT Weasel Error's

I am CONSTANTLY getting the weasel error. Just 10 minutes ago I got disconnected twice within a minute. I cannot do any activity in this game for longer than 10-30 minutes without getting the weasel error. I can't even play a game that I bought and at this point I might as well issue a charge back. Never had any issues until Destiny 2 switched to Steam. I've turned off/on my router and modem twice and I have used a wired connection. No other issues with any other games. And Bungie support says they've "resolved" the issue.

  • yep im in that situation atm.... its very frustrating i have nearly 1 gb internet and i get weasel all the time ..... the support page is a joke... i port forwarded and i runned a ping in the prompt to check if i actually get a disconect from bungie.net but i just get a crash in D2 but my ping to bungie stays stable so its rlly weird and i cant do any thing about it ...

  • The game runs smooth for me, but in Iron Banner (crucible in general) is a 60% chance of weasel/baboon/whatever... so annoying when you are in the last second of a match and is kicked out...

  • Just experienced this constant issue as well. Been trying to do Blind Well for the Rose, but as soon as I get to the entrance of the main hall to get to the Blind Well, I get the error code. 4 times on the spot so far. Gave up.

      Same for me. weasel, baboon and anteater are my daily companion. Ports are open (3074 &3097) and my connection is more then stable. I tried every fix from the official stickies. The funny thing is: If I'm logged in on the website or in the app it's even worse. Same if i open every UDP/TCP-Port for pc from [url]https://www.bungie.net/de/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13610[/url]. Then I'm kicked by the server every minute. I quit playing over a year ago because of that, but nothing changed ... oh wait, my connection is 4 times higher then before. Fix your server bungie!

    • Tried to log into a Gambit Prime match. Three times. Three errors. Now I'm suspended. Shame on me for trying, right? Not that I care right now since I cannot do anything because I keep on getting thrown back in orbit, but can you at least not add insult to injury and unsuspend me?

    • Same problem here sometimes i can play a few hours without that weasel error sometimes i get dced every 10 min all ports open my inet works fine stable no package lost or anything . just problems with destiny

      Seriously, fix this already, it's a deal breaker. Had no problem for the first 2 days after the new update, now it's back to crashing every 2/3 hours

    • Same here all my games run just fine no kicks.. After this last event patch I started getting kicked with the weasel error. Bungie I for one am not a free player I have paid for you're content .Fix so I can play the game.I would hate to ask for refund on shadowkeep I just got it.Thanks.

    • Just got my first weasel error in a long time. Usually it's guitar, but weasel just now blammed me out of a lost sector on the moon to destiny start screen.

    • I'm having the same problem, although given, I am a newer player, from Steam. I must say, been reading through this issue alot now, and the fact that they have barely even agknowledged the problem is ridiculous. Wether or not it is their or Steam's fault doesn't matter that much, but the fact that players are not getting any way to solve it themselves is just silly. Hope this little bump helps. I am a F2P Steam user, I hope that doesn't matter. x)
