Ever since the steam release I'm unable to connect to the destiny 2 servers to play, everything worked fine on the Battle Net release of the game for me.
I've verified integrity of the game multiple times and double checked my connection status.
My current networking set up consists of a static internal IP route (to my router) and my router handles DHCP (DHCP on windows is disabled so i can have a static allocated IP for port forwarding on my router).
Even with windows DHCP enabled, I still get the same error.
My NAT is completely open and all steam / Destiny 2 ports are open, ports aren't stealthed either. what gives?
EDIT:
using the windows 10 network reset feature has fixed the connection issues for me.
afterwards i was able to use my static IP route with cloudflare DNS. good luck.

3 RepliesHi there. Thanks for reaching out to us. The "Server Unavailable" error indicates that there is a connection issue of some kind happening between you and Destiny 2. This may be an internet service provider issue. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
1. A wired connection is recommended to play Destiny, and if your connection is being used for other things when playing the game, such as streaming, it's recommended to quit those programs.
