Not getting a verification email...

So I am trying to transfer over to steam, and as part of the process I added my email address to my account and asked for a verification email. I have not received a verification email, it isn't in my main inbox, spam, or any other folder. This was ~30 minutes ago. When this happens on other websites I just ask for another verification email until it finally decides to send one, but here it says I have to wait another 24 hours. Is there any way around this so that I can start shadowkeep today? And also while I'm asking, why is it set up so that I can only ask for a verification email once per 24 hours? It seems a bit bizarre.

  • Hi there, You may want to check in your junk or spam folder to see if it’s there. If a previous email was receiving these emails but no longer is, you may need to create a new email and verify it in order to receive another code.
