It should OHK guardians at any resilience and the activation time needs to be faster

Tether should deal a bunch of damage with a direct hit. Since you only get 1 shot and the rest of it is the debuff/control. When activated, Tethers should hit targets instantly. It's already slow enough to actually fire the damn thing, we don't need 5 years to pass from the arrow reaching the destination to the actual tethers applying. Tethers themselves should work like the Scorn tether traps. Where it will pull targets in and literally prevent them from leaving its radius unless they destroy the source. This should be true for PvE too because screw you bosses that just walk away from the tether wasting 90% of the CD because your stupid AI is stupid. Deadfall should have its AoE be baseline for the skill. Instead getting just bonus duration and damage amp from the Tethers as well as a tankier orb. Mobius Quiver should deal more impact damage and deal bonus damage when the Tether links to a target (So better damage if you miss the projectile) along with the additional shots. This way, Deadfall is better for locking down an area with extra duration, extra HP on the orb to make it last longer in PvP and more debilitating tethers for cleaning up with normal weapons. While Mobius Quiver is more about just firing out some high damage shots that aren't quite as devastating as say, bottom tree GG but instead have some control with them and AoE damage.
