Bungie, please help me. I tried to order my last of the 4 gambit prime jerseys (as I had completed each armor set, I ordered each jersey) and last night I tried to get my final jersey code e-mailed to me and am having this same issue.
I tried changing my e-mail to a different address and they say they are sending a verification e-mail, but I have not gotten one.
So, I tried to change my e-mail BACK to the original address and now THAT needs to be verified as well.
This morning I created a new gmail account because people said gmail works for these codes to be sent to. Nope. Now I'm potentially waiting for THREE verification e-mails.
This is 2019. How hard is it to send a verification e-mail code?? I am very frustrated.
Hi. We're currently investigating this issue. Unfortunately, the only workaround is to keep trying a Gmail/Outlook email until you receive the email code.
When I try to have the verification e-mail re-sent, I get this message:
"RESEND VERIFICATION ERROR
If you have recently changed your email address, but have not received a verification email, please wait at least 24 hours before requesting a new verification email. You may request a new verification email once every 24 hours."

So if I understand correctly, your suggestion is to keep logging into my bungie.net account and hit the "send verification" e-mail? Even though it says to wait a few hours and try again?
